All parcels are posted via Royal Mail Second Class, dispatch time of 5–7 working days.

If you have not received your item within one week of receiving your dispatch email (please check your junk/spam folder), contact us at hello@kiwikisses.uk so we can begin investigating.

Please note:
No replacements or refunds will be issued until Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This process can take up to 4 weeks from the dispatch date.
