Placing an Order
By placing an order with Kiwi Kisses, you confirm that:

You are at least 16 years old.

You are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

You live in a country we currently ship to.
Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it – but this doesn’t mean your order has been accepted just yet.
Your order is an offer to buy from us, and all orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Your order is only confirmed once you receive a Dispatch Confirmation email from us. This is when a contract is formed between you and Kiwi Kisses.
We start processing orders as soon as they are placed, so unfortunately, we cannot make any changes once your order is confirmed. However, if there's an issue with your order once it arrives, please get in touch.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
When placing an order, you agree that all the information you provide is accurate and that you’re authorised to use the payment method provided.
Returns & Exchanges
All Kiwi Kisses items are made to order with care – which means we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective.
Please double-check your order details before checking out, including name spellings and any customisations, as we cannot make changes once the order is placed.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty:
Contact us at hello@kiwikisses.uk within 4 weeks of receiving your item, including your order number and a description/photo of the issue.
If we confirm the item is faulty, we’ll send you a returns label at no cost to you.
The item must be unused and in original condition. If it shows signs of wear and tear, the refund/replacement will be rejected and the item will not be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any claims after the 4-week window has passed.
Holiday Periods
Please note that during busy periods such as Christmas, Easter, school holidays, and public holidays, dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual.
We always aim to meet our usual 5–7 working day dispatch window, but delays can occur due to high order volumes and postal service backlogs. We recommend ordering early if you're shopping for a special occasion.
